Attorney Richard Mischel served as deputy chief of the Appeals Bureau of the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. He also served as principal law secretary to the presiding justice, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department of the State of New York. He has filed briefs and appeared in the Supreme Court of the United States; federal appeals courts, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Circuits; and New York and New Jersey appellate courts.
Attorney Scott Horn served as principal law secretary to an associate justice of the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department of the State of New York. He also served as a senior appellate court attorney in that court. He has filed briefs and appeared in the federal appeals courts, 2nd and 3rd Circuits; the New York State Court of Appeals; the New York State Appellate Division; and the New York State Appellate Term.
