July 5, 2023 – M&H Wins Appeal In Suffolk County Dental Malpractice Action

In this action to recover damages for dental malpractice and lack of informed consent, the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments on appeal, determined that Plaintiff had demonstrated the existence of a triable issue of fact on the issue of dental malpractice and, with reference to the informed consent claim, that Defendants had failed to meet their prima facie burden.
