September 23, 2022 – M&H Wins Stay Of Sheriff’s Sale Of Manhattan Commercial Building In Civil RICO Case

In this action, inter alia, alleging fraud and violation of General Business Law 249 and Civil RICO statutes, the Appellate Division, Second Department, in accordance with the position advocated by M&H, stayed all proceedings to enforce a judgment entered against M&H’s client, including a noticed Sheriff’s Sale of a Manhattan commercial building, pending the determination of the appeal.
