October 22, 2019 – M&H Wins Reversal And Dismissal Of Plaintiffs’ Labor Law Claims In Manhattan Construction Accident

In this action to recover damages for a worksite injury, the Appellate Division, First Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments, reversed the lower court’s order and dismissed all of Plaintiffs’ Labor Law claims, on the grounds that Plaintiff’s work was not a protected work activity.
