In this action to recover damages for a worksite injury, the Appellate Division, Second Department reversed an order awarding summary judgment to Plaintiff on his claim regarding an allegedly defective hydraulic liftgate, and dismissed Plaintiff’s Labor Law 240(1) and 241(6) causes of action.
