October 18, 2022 – M&H Wins First Department Appeal Concerning Restrictions On Further Depositions

In this discovery-related appeal, the Appellate Division, First Judicial Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments, determined that the scope of further depositions awarded to the defendant should be restricted to certain limited issues attendant to the items that were the subject of late disclosures by the plaintiffs.
