November 16, 2022 – M&H Wins Increased Damage Award In Wrongful Death Action Involving The Drowning Of A 21 – Year – Old Staten Island Resident

The Appellate Division, Second Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments on appeal, vacated the damages award and awarded a greater amount for future pecuniary loss in this case involving the plaintiff’s 21 year-old child, who worked in his parents’ family business.
