May 24, 2018 – M&H Wins Reversal Of Preclusion Order Previously Entered Against Manhattan Co-Op

In this premises liability action, the Appellate Division, First Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments on appeal, reversed and vacated a Preclusion Order which had been entered against M&H’s client, a Manhattan Co-Op Building on the Upper East Side. M&H’s client will now be able to defend itself at trial without restrictions.
