June 22, 2022 – M&H Wins Immediate Eligibility for Reinstatement of Practitioner’s License for Client Embroiled in Attorney Grievance Matter

In an attorney grievance action, the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, in conjunction with M&H’s arguments on appeal, granted the motion to recall and vacate the prior order of disbarment, and the motion to confirm the Special Referee’s Report after a hearing, and impose such discipline as would make the Respondent immediately eligible for reinstatement.
