July 19, 2021 – M&H Wins Stay of Sheriff’s Sale and Public Auction on Behalf of Forest Hills Property Owner

In this action to recover damages for “fraud in the factum,” involving the entry of a large money judgment against M&H’s client, the Appellate Division, Second Department held, in accordance with M&H’s stay application, that the scheduled Sheriff’s Sale and Public Auction of the Forest Hills real property owned by M&H’s client is stayed pending the determination of the appeal from the judgment.
