January 16, 2023 – M&H Wins Reversal Of Summary Judgment And Reinstatement Of Complaint Against Concert Promoter In Case Stemming From Injury Sustained At Drake Concert

In this action brought by an audience member who was struck in the head with a bottle at a Drake concert, the Appellate Division, First Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments on appeal, vacated the award of summary judgment in favor of Live Nation and reinstated the Complaint, finding there is a triable issue of fact regarding the concert promoter’s notice of the unsafe crowd conditions which developed during the concert.
