April 7, 2021 – M&H Wins Attorney – Fee Dispute Stemming From Catastrophic – Injury Case

In this proceeding to recover attorneys fees, the Appellate Division, Second Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments on appeal, determined that an award of nearly $1 million in favor of M&H’s client, a leading Long Island-based law firm, was appropriate based on the amount of time spent by the attorneys on the case, the nature of the work performed, and the relative contributions of counsel towards the outcome.
