April 4, 2018 – M&H Wins Reversal Of Judgment Awarding Approximately $2.5 Million In Damages Resulting From The Issuance Of A Preliminary Injunction And Imposing Sanctions

In this action to recover damages for breach of contract, the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments on appeal, reversed the judgment against M&H’s corporate client for $2.5 million in damages, costs and attorney’s fees resulting from the issuance of a preliminary injunction, and imposing sanctions.
