In this medical malpractice action, the Appellate Division, First Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments, reversed the lower court’s order dismissing the complaint, and determined that Plaintiff could proceed on her medical malpractice claim, stemming from an allegedly improperly administered interscalene nerve block.
