In this action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained in a Brooklyn car accident, the Appellate Division, Second Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments, determined that Plaintiff was entitled to a second extension of time in which to serve the summons and complaint, pursuant to the “interest of justice” standard under CPLR 306-b.
