Total dislocation of left shoulder requiring emergency reduction. Wide separation of right shoulder. Pain in neck radiating down both arms. Immobilization of both arms for eight weeks. Subsequent additional surgeries, (1) to harvest and transfer a ligament to reconstruct the ligament that had been damaged; (2) a left shoulder inferior capsular shift repair. Will require future occupational therapy and two future nerve release surgeries in connection with bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome. |
