August 24, 2022 – M&H Wins Reversal and Reinstatement of Complaint on Behalf of Suffolk County School Psychologist Assaulted By A Student

In this action, inter alia, to recover damages related to the assault of a Western Suffolk BOCES school psychologist, the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, in accordance with M&H’s arguments on appeal, reversed the motion court’s order and reinstated the complaint against the student’s parents, where the parents failed to establish that they were unaware of their child’s potential violent behavior.
